We are seeking a friendly, reliable and professional Guest Service Assistant – Breakfast to join our team. The successful candidate will play an important role in delivering a warm and welcoming start to our guests’ day, ensuring breakfast service runs smoothly and efficiently. As part of our Food & Beverage team, you will help create a relaxed and enjoyable breakfast experience through attentive service, excellent presentation and a genuine passion for hospitality. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout breakfast. Assist with the preparation, set-up and presentation of the breakfast buffet and dining area. Serve hot and cold beverages and ensure breakfast items are replenished promptly. Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean and organised dining environment. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in line with health and safety regulations. Support the wider Food & Beverage team with operational tasks, including restocking supplies and maintaining service areas. Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally to ensure a positive dining experience. Ensure the breakfast area is well-presented and fully prepared for service at all times. Desired Skills and Experience Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is desirable but not essential. Friendly and approachable with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced breakfast service environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards. Reliable and punctual with flexibility to work early morning shifts, weekends and holidays.
