About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant who is fluent in Tagalog to support a busy executive with both professional and occasional personal matters. This is a dynamic role requiring a high degree of discretion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the executive

Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications in both English and Tagalog
*
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
*
Manage calendars and schedules, ensuring efficient time management
*
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
*
Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
*
Assist with personal errands, household administration, and ad hoc tasks as required
*
Liaise with family members, service providers, and other stakeholders
Essential Requirements:

Fluent in Tagalog (spoken and written)
*
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
*
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
*
High level of discretion and confidentiality
*
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Ability to work independently and take initiative
Desirable:

Previous experience supporting senior executives or within a bilingual environment
