Team Manager| 10134 | permanent contract | 37 hours per week | £50,166 to £54,277 per annum | Grade L | Norwich/hybrid
This is an exciting new post, created as part of the expansion of our existing Therapeutic Fostering Team. As part of this expansion, we are recruiting a Team Manager to be part of this Multi‑Disciplinary Team that sits within our wider Fostering Service. The team will be comprised of a Clinical Psychologist, five Clinicians, and four Practitioners.
You will manage this team, with a primary aim of working closely with social work teams to enhance practice and improve outcomes and stability of care for children, young people and their Foster Carers. With strong social work values and a collaborative leadership style, you will have strong commitment to embracing integrated working within the Norwich Primary Care Network as we progress our journey to becoming an Integrated Care System.
You will be able to provide a strong social work voice and take pride in cultivating a culture of quality practice, open learning and service improvement. You will be joining a committed, supportive and energetic local management team and will have responsibility for leading on key locality portfolio areas, supporting a diverse staff group as well as managing a busy team focused on delivering a high‑quality service. Quality support and supervision will be provided to you.
We anticipate that working remotely will be a feature of this role and your office base will be County Hall, Norwich. Our technology platform and equipment are first class, enabling you to connect and collaborate remotely. We ask that you have in place good broadband connectivity. Interviews will take place via video technology, where you will have the opportunity to discuss these working arrangements.
