Job Overview
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Diagnostics ICT System Support Manager to lead digital projects and support key clinical IT systems across our Diagnostics Directorate.
In this role, you’ll help deliver essential system upgrades and replacements, support day-to-day running of diagnostic IT services, and work closely with clinical teams to ensure safe, effective, and efficient digital operations.
You’ll lead on project planning, stakeholder engagement, system improvements, and coordination of a small ICT support team.

Qualifications
* Strong project or change management experience
* Excellent IT knowledge and analytical skills
* Great communication skills and the ability to work well with clinical, managerial, and technical colleagues
* Experience leading teams and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
* A background in diagnostics (e.g., Radiology or Labs) and/or a project management qualification is desirable
