SEN Teacher (SEMH / EBD) | Full-Time | Colchester | September Start
Tradewind Recruitment are currently supporting a specialist provision in the Colchester area to appoint a full-time SEN Teacher from September, working with pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and behavioural difficulties.
This role would suit a teacher who is confident managing behaviour, building positive relationships, and delivering structured, engaging lessons that support both academic progress and emotional development.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-time teaching role within a specialist SEMH setting
Planning and delivering adapted lessons to meet a range of needs
Supporting pupils with behavioural and emotional regulation
Working closely with support staff to maintain consistency and routine
Monitoring progress against individual learning and behavioural targetsAbout the School:
