St Ann's and Alderney Hospital are looking for an experienced Chef who is passionate about food and wants to make a difference. The ideal candidate will have passion for culinary excellence, strong leadership abilities and the ability to problem solve and build relationships.
Responsibilities
* As Chef manager you will have full operational control and financial responsibility including the staff dining rooms for the two sites reporting into the area facilities manager.
* Supervising and supporting the two catering teams, ensuring the day to day operation is smooth running.
Desirable qualifications
* Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate or Willingness to Undertake
* Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food production and culinary techniques
* Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
* Understanding of HACCP, allergen regulations, COSHH
* IT Skills/Computer Competence
