Actual Annual Salary: £22,735
Contract: Permanent, Full Time, 37 Hours per week. Term time only

We are seeking to appoint a Reflection Unit Manager.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with the Deputy Headteacher (Pastoral); this role has overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the Reflection Unit.
* Supervise students within the unit, ensuring they have appropriate work to undertake.
* liaise with other school staff to ensure the unit\'s operations integrate into the school\'s operations.
Qualifications
* Highly advanced interpersonal skills in order to manage a range of situations.
* Experience of working with students in sometimes challenging situations.
* Ability to co-ordinate and direct other colleagues to ensure the Unit works effectively.

From autumn 2025, the South York Multi-Academy Trust and STAR Multi-Academy Trust will merge to form Yorkshire Learning Trust.
