Practice Accountancy Recruitment Consultant
Fully Remote | Hybrid (South Yorkshire)
We are seeking an experienced Practice Accountancy Recruitment Consultant to join a growing recruitment agency. This is a full 360 recruitment role, offering some warm business and the opportunity to bill from day one while also developing and growing new client relationships.
The Role
You will manage a practice accountancy desk, with access to warm business and live jobs from the outset. Alongside delivering on existing requirements, you will be expected to grow the desk through new business development and long-term client partnerships.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle
* Developing new business and winning new client relationships
* Working warm accounts with active and repeat hiring needs
* Sourcing, qualifying, and placing practice accountancy professionals
* Specing out candidates and presenting them to clients
* Managing interview processes, offers, and placements end-to-end
About You:
* Experience in practice accountancy recruitment is essential
* Proven ability to manage a 360 desk and generate new business
* Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills
* Commercially driven and motivated by commission and progression
* Able to work autonomously in a remote or hybrid environment

* Basic salary up to £40,000 (DOE)
