Job Title: Technical Coordinator Location: York Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 Package Calibre Search are currently working alongside one of the UKs largest and most established housebuilders - a FTSE 100 listed residential developer with a nationwide presence and a strong reputation for delivering quality homes at scale. Youll be joining a well-resourced Technical Team working across live residential developments from inception through to completion. In this role youll take ownership of coordinating all technical information across a number of projects simultaneously - covering building design, specification, regulatory compliance and sustainability. Youll report into the Technical Director and work closely with external consultants, internal departments, and statutory bodies including NHBC/LABC and local authorities. Day to day you can expect to be managing the flow of technical information to keep projects on programme and within budget, monitoring the discharge of planning conditions, issuing construction drawings, and ensuring plot completions are progressed efficiently. Health and Safety compliance and supporting the Sales team with plot releases will also form part of the remit.
