Consultant (Employee Health & Benefits)
About the company: Aon is one of the worlds leading insurance brokers, risk management, and HR consulting firms. We are represented by 50,000 employees in 120 countries. Our Commercial Risk division primarily provides risk management and insurance consulting to corporate clients. The new member of our Health & Benefits team will be responsible for developing and managing corporate benefits programs.
What the day will look like
* Develop, present, and sell corporate health and other insurance-based benefits programs
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers
* Manage contracts and maintain internal record-keeping systems
* Organize and conduct client meetings
* Provide professional support on insurance-related questions

Skills and experience that will lead to success
* At least 3 years of experience in the insurance or medical benefits field
* Higher education degree
* Proficient English language skills
* Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
* Creative and client-centered mindset
* Category B drivers license and driving experience
* Familiarity with MS Office at a user level
