Position Scope:
To assist guests with Concierge services during the night, including luggage assistance for arriving and departing guests, tracing lost luggage, amending flight details, limo & transfer bookings, advice on local tourist attractions, answering guest questions, and resolving guest problems in a friendly and obliging manner. To provide night in-room dining service from 23:00 – 06:00 daily.
Responsibilities include:
1. Handling requests for shuttles (transportation within the resort) and actioning them.
2. Advising guests on local area attractions, sights, events, or business locations.
3. Greeting and welcoming guests, directing them to Reception, and introducing them by name.
4. Assisting arriving and departing guests with baggage handling.
5. Storing guest baggage upon request and assisting with loading and unloading into/from vehicles.
6. Having accurate knowledge of hotel facilities and services to answer questions and resolve problems.
7. Performing basic housekeeping and handyman tasks such as changing towels and providing duvets.
8. Ensuring the hotel and its vehicles are pristine at all times.
Candidate Specification:
* Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
* Previous customer service experience is preferred.
* Experience in a hotel environment is desirable.
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Driving license is essential.
