About the Company
Our client is a small independent residential lettings and property management company based in Didsbury with properties throughout South Manchester. They understand the needs of landlords and tenants and without exception strive to offer the highest quality rental accommodation to both students and professionals.
What we need from you!
* Experience in property maintenance, e.g. painting, plastering, joinery, brickwork, tiling, leaks, damp issues, gardening with a solid understanding of systems, repairs and upkeep.
* Experience with tenanted properties preferred.
* A proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
* strong investigative skills and the ability to accurately diagnose maintenance issues.
1. Whilst you will primarily work Monday-Friday you will embrace a flexible approach and may involve weekend working/call outs.
2. A full clean UK driving licence is a must!
