We are seeking a friendly, reliable and organised Receptionist to join our team immediately on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established and professional firm, providing essential front-of-house support. This position is covering sickness and is expected to last a few weeks.
Key Responsibilities
Welcoming visitors and providing a professional first impression
Answering and directing calls where required
Receiving and managing deliveries
Keeping the reception area clean, tidy and presentable
Ensuring the kitchen is stocked with supplies
Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks as needed

A professional and approachable manner
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Previous reception or front-of-house experience is desirable but not essential
