- Work on a broad range of matters, from succession planning, asset and business sales, M and As, re:organisations, partnerships, shareholder agreements and investments.
- Run your own caseload with autonomy, while also supporting senior colleagues on complex deals
- Get involved in client development and contribute to the firm's growth
- Collaborate in a friendly, team:focused environment
About you:
- 3+ years PQE with solid experience in corporate and commercial law
- Confident communicator with strong technical skills
- Proactive, commercially aware, and motivated to develop professionally
- Enjoys working as part of a team while building client relationships
