With a presence in over 40 countries, we're expanding—and now looking for a Sales Administrator to join our growing team.
About the Role
Due to continued expansion, we are now recruiting a Sales Administrator to assist our busy Sales team. This is a pivotal role within the company, acting as a key contact for both B2C and B2B customers. You will work closely with our Global Sales Director and the Head Office team, supporting day-to-day operations and helping drive our international success.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and process customer orders efficiently
· Provide support to B2C and B2B clients across multiple channels
· Assist the Global Sales Director with sales reporting and admin tasks
· Assist at trade shows and events both in the UK and abroad
Essential Skills
· Excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
· Personable manner and hands-on approach
· Professional communication with B2C and B2B clients
· Experience processing orders and supporting sales teams
· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
· Clear written and verbal communication
· Proactive problem-solving and initiative
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable Skills (Not Essential)
· Experience in international sales
· An interest in cars or the motor industry
· Marketing, social media & design experience
· Working knowledge of Shopify and experience managing online orders
· Adaptability to new systems such as ERP, CRM, or inventory management software
· Event or trade show coordination experience

Pay: £24,570.00-£26,000.00 per year
