Absence is kept below 3%, and return-to-work interviews are completed. I recruit effectively, filling vacancies within four weeks, and manage people issues within required timescales. My AOM provides positive feedback on my people management, and staff are paid correctly and on time. I hold regular performance discussions, develop talent, and address underperformance professionally. I drive my own development, share communications and best practices, and keep my team informed of targets and performance. All staff complete Regulatory Compliance Training, and cash declarations are accurate and timely. We work together as one team, treat each other with respect, and live the company values. I am BRAG-rated green on my performance review and ensure the safety, health, and welfare of colleagues and customers. Pre-Employment Requirement All successful candidates must complete a P250 background check before starting in the role.
