Sales Account Manager | Mold, Flintshire | Full Time – Office based | 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday | £24,000 - £31,000 (OTE)
Role overview
As our new Sales Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of the business by building strong relationships with both existing customers and new prospects. Building strong communication and genuine connections with them will be central to your role.
We’re looking for someone with experience in Telesales or Sales Account Management who enjoys working with people and takes pride in creating lasting, meaningful connections. You’ll be responsible for growing your own customer base within a specific area of the UK, so there’s plenty of room to make the role your own.

Candidate requirements
* 1-2 years’ experience in sales, preferably B2B telesales
* Target-driven with a proven track record
* Excellent telephone skills
* Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and CRM
* High accuracy and ability to prioritize
* Background in a business-related role
* Ability to handle technical product info
* Flexible in procedures and processes
* Strong relationship-building skills
* Confident verbal and written communication
* Negotiation and persuasion skills
Role responsibilities
* Meet and exceed sales targets
* Make outbound calls and emails to develop new business
* Handle inbound enquiries and process orders
* Manage CRM database accurately
* Prepare quotations and negotiate prices
* Support customers pre and post-sale
* Upsell and cross-sell
* Identify new sales opportunities
* Research and develop new markets
