I am working with a leading fresh produce business that prides itself on quality, efficiency, and developing its people. They are looking for a Shift Packhouse Manager who is eager to learn, grow, and progress into a more senior role within the business over time.

The Role
* Supporting the Packhouse Manager with all daily operations and deputising when required
* Leading and motivating teams to deliver on production, quality, and customer service targets
* Managing budgets, controlling costs, and producing clear performance reports
* Ensuring high standards of food safety, quality, health and safety, and hygiene are consistently achieved
* Planning labour and resources effectively to meet production targets
* Working as part of the wider site management team and providing support to another packhouse for up to 4 weeks a year during January or February
