This exciting and established client is looking to add a Platform Engineerto their development team based in Preston. The successfulPlatform Engineerwill have proven experience in a similar role and your skills will include strong Linux and Cloud experience. You should have experience providing management of shared infrastructure and contributing to the design of multi-tenancy systems.
Core skills required:
* Excellent working knowledge ofLinux systems
* Excellent experience working with cloud providers
* Experience of container orchestration (Kubernetes)
* Solid understanding of software development
* Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible
* Understanding of version control using Git
* Managing several projects and prioritising demands
* Self-managing workload and continually meeting agreed deadlines
