Our client is a well-established, well-known, and rapidly growing professional service based in Chesterfield. Due to the recent growth, the business has created this brand new role of a Payroll Supervisor to support the Payroll team permanently.
Job Description
As a Payroll Team Leader, reporting to the Group Payroll Manager you will be responsible for line managing a small team of Payroll Officers ensuring the team has the guidance, support, and direction.The key responsibilities will also include; Processing the payroll from start to finish within specific timeframes including new starters, leavers, contract and detail changes, statutory payments, court orders, importing and exporting payroll data, resolving payroll-related queries, ensuring internal and external team key performances are recorded and working with key stakeholders to review payrolls and maintain high standards of communication.
