An alternative provision in Blackburn is seeking a passionate and experienced Forest School Assistant to support Key Stage 2 pupils on a full-time basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in outdoor learning environments and has a genuine interest in supporting pupils with additional needs. The successful candidate will assist in delivering engaging, hands-on Forest School sessions that promote resilience, teamwork, and confidence.
Key Requirements:
* Experience supporting Forest School sessions, ideally within a school or alternative provision
* Ability to engage KS2 pupils in outdoor learning activities
* A calm, nurturing, and adaptable approach
* Comfortable supporting children with a range of additional or behavioural needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
