This is a business that takes real pride in what it builds: from schools and healthcare facilities to community and heritage projects.
They're now looking to bring in an experienced Contracts Manager who enjoys being close to the work, supporting teams on site and playing a hands-on role in delivering projects that genuinely matter to the end users. Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and deliver public sector refurbishment, fit-out and construction projects from pre-start through to completion.
2. Take ownership of multiple schemes, with full responsibility for programme, quality, safety and commercial performance.
3. Lead, support and motivate project teams, fostering a positive and collaborative site culture.
4. Manage procurement, subcontractors and the wider supply chain.
