Key Responsibilities
* Assist with the preparation of financial due diligence reports, business valuations, and transaction support
* Support senior managers and partners with client engagements, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial advice
* Prepare financial models to assist with mergers and acquisitions, debt advisory, and restructuring projects
* Conduct industry and market research to support corporate finance transactions
* Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to provide tailored financial solutions
* Manage client relationships, acting as the first point of contact for day-to-day queries
