Are you ready to lead creativity in one of the UK’s most respected premium Home Textiles businesses?
Our client – a well-established, design-led company with a strong presence across UK and European retail markets – is looking for a Head of Design (Bedding & Bathroom) to drive innovation, elevate product aesthetics, and shape the future of their brand portfolio.
This is a hands-on, creative leadership role for someone who lives and breathes textiles — from concept to final product.
đź’ˇ The Opportunity
As Head of Design, you’ll take the lead in:
* Creating innovative bedding and bathroom collections that inspire and perform commercially
* Working closely with the Head of Product to ensure seamless development and production
* Travelling globally to source fabrics, discover new techniques, and visit suppliers
* Partnering with key retailers and brands to deliver bespoke designs to brief
* Bringing collections to life through trend research, CAD design, and confident client presentations
* Styling trade shows and showrooms in the UK and abroad to showcase the brand’s creative edge
* Collaborating across marketing and product teams to tell the story behind every collection
1. 🎨 What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience in home textiles design – bedding and bathroom a must
* Strong CAD design skills (AVA, Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop)
* A keen eye for trend, colour, and composition
* Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* A commercial mindset — understanding what drives sales as well as creativity
* Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to deliver under pressure
* A genuine passion for textiles, innovation, and continuous learning
* Willingness to travel internationally and be hands-on in the creative process
