Job Description
3. Advise charitable organisations on commercial property matters.
4. Draft and negotiate leases, licences, and other property-related agreements.
5. Handle property acquisitions, disposals, and lease renewals.
6. Provide guidance on landlord and tenant disputes.
7. Conduct due diligence and manage risk assessments for property transactions.
8. Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and third-party professionals effectively.
9. Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
10. Support the wider legal team in achieving department objectives.
The Successful Applicant
11. Qualified solicitor (or soon to qualify), with up to 5 years' PQE in commercial property
12. Experience advising charities or not-for-profits is welcome but not essential
13. Strong technical grounding in property law and a genuine interest in the sector
14. Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
