We’re looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Communications Assistant to join our team for a Year in Industry placement in. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting real marketing campaigns while learning how communications help drive business growth.
Working with our Marketing & Communications team, you’ll help create engaging content across digital, social media and internal communication channels, helping us reach customers, prospects and colleagues.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Supporting marketing campaigns for our Process Cooling Solutions business line
2. Creating and publishing social media posts, website updates and marketing materials
3. Assisting with internal communications, podcasts and video content
4. Helping produce marketing collateral such as articles, flyers and presentations
5. Supporting marketing administration, supplier coordination and team projects
6. Presenting the marketing induction to new starters
To succeed, you will need
7. An undergraduate studying Marketing, Communications, Media, Advertising or a related subject
8. Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
9. Creativity and an interest in digital marketing and content creation
10. Confidence learning new tools such as social media platforms, Canva or CMS systems
11. A proactive team player who can also work independently

Job location
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our Hemel Hempstead head office.
Please note: this position is a Year in Industry placement typically undertaken as part of an undergraduate degree programme
