Senior Technical Manager opportunity with a rapidly growing residential developer, taking a lead role on a major new build scheme in London Bridge .
The project comprises:
140-unit new build student accommodation
70 units of private residential housing
This is a key hire, with responsibility for leading the technical function through pre-construction, design development, consultant management, and delivery readiness ahead of site start end of 2026 .
Key requirements:
Strong background working for a residential developer
Confident managing full technical/design process from planning through to construction
Strong understanding of building regulations, design coordination, and consultant management
Experience across student accommodation highly beneficial
