We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated Service Team Leader to lead, develop, and support a team of service experts. In this varied and fast-paced role, you’ll coordinate and schedule field service operations, regularly visit customer sites to ensure our equipment is operating at peak performance, and champion the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Your Impact Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of service technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Visiting scheduled customer sites to service, clean and quality-check our machines to keep them running smoothly. Coordinate and schedule service assignments, ensuring timely and efficient service completions. Maintain a strong focus on safety, adhering to company policies, industry regulations, and best practices. Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, addressing client needs, and resolving any issues or concerns. Monitor and track team performance metrics, implementing strategies to optimise productivity and efficiency. Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and enhance service delivery. Conduct regular safety meetings, training sessions, and toolbox talks to promote a safety-first culture. Prepare reports on service activities, including safety incidents, and customer satisfaction. Why You You’re an experienced leader from a service-led environment with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams. Organised, solutions-focused, and confident under pressure, you communicate effectively with customers and colleagues while managing multiple priorities. You’re comfortable using scheduling and reporting systems and hold a valid UK driving licence (7.5 tonne required).
