What you’ll be doing as CNC Programmer/Engineer
You will be responsible for programming machines capable of handling components up to 15 tonnes. This is a highly skilled role requiring precision, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering the highest quality work.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Programming CNC machines, including borers, lathes, and multi‑axis equipment.
* Working on complex high‑value oil & gas projects.
* Applying correct cutting parameters across materials including Inconel, Duplex, and Carbon Steels.
* Maintaining a high standard of workmanship in line with project requirements.
* Using Edgecam software (knowledge is advantageous).
* Collaborating with the team to ensure efficient and accurate production processes.
What we’re looking for in a CNC Programmer/Engineer
* Extensive experience in a similar engineering role and environment.
* Strong understanding of CNC machine tools, borers, lathes and multi‑axis operations.
* Experience working with high‑end materials and precision manufacturing.
* Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
* Right to work in the UK is essential.
Working hours
You will be working 39 hours per week: Monday‑Thursday – 08:00 – 17:00; Friday – 08:00 – 13:00.
