This is a truly exciting time to join a friendly, growing HR function, which is part of a cutting-edge tech company on their rapid expansion journey. As the successful HR coordinator, your day will be a variety of both recruitment procedures and diverse HR actions. Coordinate end to end recruitment processes including right to work, reference checks, offer letters, contracts, interviews, liaising with agencies etc.
Administrate various HR tasks processes.
Create HR documentation, forms and procedures.
Support managers with HR Manager and line managers on various matters ad hoc.
The role has come as the company rapidly grows, there are new challenges and increased work load which will allow you to develop more strings to your bow, be an integral part of the team from day one but also e well supported in your career development. Upcoming Projects include, creating process maps and maps for HR/Recruitment procedures, benefits realignment, new HR tech systems and many more as the company expands.
~£Hybrid working – 2 or 3 days in the London office.

~ Commercial experience in similar HR positions (coordinator/administrator etc)
Ideally with experience and knowledge of recruitment/onboarding procedures
Strong MS Office and HR database systems (Can be any as training will be provided)
