Job description – Care Assistant
About the Role:
We are looking to recruit an experienced Care Assistant to work in a busy care home. The ideal candidate will have done a similar role recently and have at least an NVQ 2/3 in Health and Social Care. The candidate must be kind, hard working, able to treat all residents and staff in a respectful and dignified manner and lead by example to the rest of the team. You will provide high quality care to residents, paying attention to their specific and individual needs. You will be trained to administer medication and complete care plans and deal with health care professionals.
You will:
* Support the Home Managers and rest of the team to deliver high quality care within the home
* Help with patient care
* Help with paperwork and maintaining patient records
* Treat our residents with patience and dignity
You will be:
