We are currently recruiting a motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work full-time within primary settings across the Leeds area. This is an exciting opportunity to support young learners at a crucial stage in their development and make a real, lasting impact in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and creative lessons
* Help prepare resources and set up effective learning activities
* Work closely with pupils, providing support to help them achieve their full potential
* Deliver small group interventions and targeted support where needed
* Provide additional assistance to pupils with a range of needs, ensuring an inclusive classroom
* Promote positive behaviour and contribute to a calm, focused learning environment
* Build strong working relationships with staff and pupils through clear and effective communication
What We’re Looking For
* Experience supporting children within a primary school setting
* Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
* A patient, flexible, and proactive approach to supporting learning
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A genuine passion for helping children grow, succeed, and thrive
