The Role As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be trained to recruit for highly skilled technology professionals, partnering with innovative businesses across Europe. Youll learn how to manage the full recruitment lifecycle while developing a deep understanding of your market.
Key responsibilities include:
Recruiting German-speaking tech professionals across the European market
Building relationships with candidates and clients within niche tech sectors
Sourcing candidates through various methods of outreach & techniques
Managing interview processes, feedback and offers
Developing market knowledge within fast-moving tech environments
