This is a varied role supporting both customer service operations and internal systems administration. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who is methodical, organised, and confident working with systems. The role will involve supporting the Customer Service Team with general enquiries, phone answering and sales, while the remaining time will focus on systems-based administrative tasks, working closely with the internal Systems and IT lead.
