<div><h3>Role Overview</h3><p>Plant & Pump Service Centre Team Leader responsible for workshop management, customer service, supplier performance and continuous improvement. Leading by example to drive health and safety, quality and financial controls.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Drive workshop to meet SLA for repairs and replacements.</li><li>Ensure first‑time right approach and collaborate with internal customers to optimise asset use.</li><li>Maintain high workshop standards and safety (HSSW) and improve team performance.</li><li>Manage supplier performance, working with category managers and GC colleagues to improve service levels.</li><li>Engage with internal stakeholders and customers for technical support and job requests.</li><li>Deliver customer service excellence, monitor SLAs and identify improvement opportunities.</li><li>Lead innovation and continuous improvement initiatives and use SBF.</li><li>Support PSC strategy and implement local improvement projects.</li><li>Optimise systems and technology use for efficiency, financial controls and compliance.</li></ul><h3>Required Skills & Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Operational knowledge of pumps and associated assets; ability to diagnose and repair effectively.</li><li>Experience managing workshop personnel and service delivery.</li><li>Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving capability.</li><li>Proficiency with IT systems: SAP, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure, meet targets and demonstrate financial awareness.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence customers, stakeholders and suppliers.</li></ul><h3>Diversity & Inclusion</h3><p>We welcome applicants from all walks of life and celebrate diversity of experience and backgrounds.
