Overview
Customer Service Extraordinaire – As a dedicated Team Member, you’ll be the face of our store, delivering outstanding customer service with enthusiasm. You will assist with product queries and help ensure prompt and friendly service to create a welcoming atmosphere.
As part of the team, you’ll support fellow members to uphold high standards across all areas of the store, including stock availability, presentation, cleanliness and tidiness.
Responsibilities
* Handle tills and cash transactions accurately when required, helping maintain smooth store operations.
* Ensure shelves are stocked and products are rotated and presented to standard.
* Assist across areas such as Café, Bakery, or garden centres as needed, demonstrating adaptability and teamwork.
Qualifications
* Demonstrate a good understanding of customer service.
* Experience of cash handling and working in a retail environment.
* Experience of manual handling and stock replenishment.
* Hardworking and reliable; polite and professional.
Benefits and Terms
* £12.21 per hour (18–20), £12.50 per hour (21+).
* 12 hours per week, 6am–10am.
* Full-time employees receive 28 days of annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), increasing to 33 days after 5 years of service. Pro-rated for part-time or alternative working arrangements.
