We have a great opportunity for a Café Manager with a passion for customer service and proven people management skills to take responsibility for one of our welcoming cafés.
With your hospitality background, you’ll oversee daily operations, including the selection, training, and development of a friendly team. You’ll create a positive environment for your team to provide excellent service to our customers.
As a Café Manager, you will share our commitment to exceptional customer service. You’ll manage helpful colleagues in a clean, organised café, identify opportunities for improvement, maximise sales, and ensure compliance with processes, routines, and standards. Your role is to ensure safety, legality, and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the overall running of the café, including routines, processes, sales standards, and changes.
2. Hold full profit and loss accountability for the café.
3. Maximise sales, impact, presentation, and ensure safety and legality for customers and colleagues.
4. Lead and inspire your team to meet sales targets.
5. Understand and deliver to the service plan standards.
6. Recruit, train, and develop team members to foster pride in their work.
7. Act as a knowledgeable café menu expert.
8. Ensure quick service and high-quality food and drinks in a clean environment.
Minimum Requirements:
* Experience in hospitality at supervisory level or above.
* Commitment to excellent customer service.
* People management skills to lead by example and coach inclusively.
Personal Skills:
* Good planning and organisational skills.
* Initiative to identify and implement improvements.
* Excellent communication skills to motivate and support your team.
