Location: Stevenage
Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum Depending on Experience + Car Allowance
Working Hours: 8:30 to 17:00, Monday to Friday

Role Overview:
Day to day management of site energy team, overall management of energy programme
Enable site to achieve the energy and carbon targets of carbon neutrality by 2030 and achieve measurable energy reduction across site.
What you'll do:
1. Direct supervision of energy team
2. Be client facing In order to update and line up with agreed requirements
3. Provide management guidance on key strategic energy reduction goals
4. Set out weekly and longer term priorities of team
5. Ability to prioritise all team activities and apply to the overall energy strategy at GSK
6. Report and manage energy and carbon savings to wider business and GSK stakeholders

7. 4 direct reports, energy engineer, energy manager, commissioning engineer x 2
About the role
Who you'll be:
We require a self starter who has experience of delivering team objectives. We seek a motivated experienced energy and programme manager.
a background in energy management and engineering is required.
Other Factors:
You will be required to have knowledge and experience of HVAC, BMS, energy data and electrical commissioning. The team is compromised of experts in these fields. The programme manager will need to effectively promote and manage all of these activities at site.
