Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Regional Manager for an established care provider to oversee a small portfolio of homes in South Yorkshire and Durham.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Multi-site management experience.
* Ability to lead and manage up to 10 managers.
* Experienced with skills in conducting internal audits and assisting with compliance.
* A supportive and mentoring approach to management.
* Experience working with the elderly, specifically those with dementia.
* A passion for ensuring high standards of care in homes.
Salary: Circa £60,000
