We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie/Chef Tournant
Hours:
Typical working days are -, to include weekends, with set days off
This role will include:
Reporting in to the Senior Sous Chef and Head Chef, your duties will include (but are not limited to):
1. Preparing, cooking and serving, fresh, local produce to an extremely high standard
2. Supporting fellow team members
3. Contributing and adapting to day-to-day events as they unfold
4. Adhering to set food safety systems
5. Assisting with the management of health and safety
6. Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices
About You:
Our client is looking for a professional individual who has an outstanding attention to detail. The ideal individual
will be a self-starter capable of working on routine tasks with minimum supervision, as well as having a consistent high level of performance, even when under pressure. Candidates must be organised and methodical with the ability to adapt and flex when required.
Requirements/Qualifications/Experience:
7. 2 year's minimum experience in a similar role within a quality hotel or restaurant
8. Food Hygiene certificate
9. DBS
10. NVQ Level 2 or higher
11. Own Transport (preferable)
