Beatson's Building Supplies is looking for an organised, self-motivated Purchase Ledger Clerk within our Alloa Head Office.
You will work as part of a team ensuring the finance function runs smoothly. The key components of the role include:
* Logging, processing and electronic filling of purchase invoices
* Investigating purchase ledger queries
* Liaising with suppliers
* Setting up new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details
* Reconciliation of supplier statements
* Other office duties
Additional duties may be required to support the finance team from time to time for holiday and sickness cover
Hours : Monday to Friday 37.5 per week
Salary: Depending on experience
1 year purchase ledger experience required
