About Us:
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Interim Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial operations in the healthcare industry. If you have a strategic mindset and over 5 years of managerial accounting and financial management experience in a fast-paced start-up environment, we want to hear from you!
This role is crucial as we navigate through recent retirements in our C-suite. You will help keep our financial operations running smoothly while we determine the best long-term direction for our executive team.

Your Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement financial strategies that align with our overall objectives.
* Oversee financial operations, including budget development and management.
* Drive financial planning and budgeting processes to ensure resource allocation aligns with strategic goals.
* Lead the development of SOPs and change management initiatives to enhance financial performance.
* Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive management team.
* Establish strong relationships with senior executives to identify their needs and offer comprehensive business solutions.
* Ensure compliance with legal requirements by staying updated on legislation.
* Lead and manage the finance and accounting team effectively.
* Oversee financial systems to ensure they support current activities and future growth.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; C.P.A. or M.B.A. preferred.
* Minimum of 5+ years in a senior finance role within the healthcare industry.
* Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and risk management.
* Strong knowledge of SOPs, Change Management, and Leadership.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate strategic vision into operational models.
* Exceptional communication skills to convey complex financial information clearly.
* Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Proven negotiation skills in a complex business environment.
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and growth-oriented environment.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with keen attention to detail.
