Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part Time Practitioner to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about working with children and contributing to their early development. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes learning and growth in young children. This role is for 3 days per week working 8-6. Duties
* Provide high-quality childcare in a safe and supportive environment.
* Develop and implement engaging activities that promote early childhood education and development.
* Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication.
* Manage daily routines, ensuring the needs of each child are met consistently.
* Maintain a clean and organised nursery space, adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall quality of care provided.
* Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
* Previous experience working with children, preferably in a nursery or childcare setting.
* A background in early childhood education is highly desirable.
* Strong management and leadership skills to guide activities effectively.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
* A genuine passion for nurturing children's development through play-based learning experiences.
