Cover Supervisor - Staffordshire Area - ASAP Start - Daily Supply

Academics are recruiting Cover Supervisors to support Secondary Schools across Staffordshire, who are in immediate need for flexible Cover Supervisors to step in and support classes on a daily basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, teaching assistants, or anyone passionate about education who wants to develop their classroom experience.
The Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you'll be responsible for delivering pre-set lessons in the absence of the class teacher, managing behaviour, and maintaining a positive learning environment. You'll work across a variety of subjects and year groups, giving you valuable insight into school life. Classes will typically be Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
What We're Looking For:
Confident communication and classroom presence.
A calm, professional approach.
Previous experience working with young people (e.g., schools, youth work, sports coaching etc).
A genuine interest in supporting young people.
An enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one (can be processed through Academics).
Strong subject knowledge across a range of subjects.
