We require an organized individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work on their own initiative to assist in the administration within the Procurement Department for approximately three months. The successful candidate will report to the Procurement Manager.

Responsibilities and Requirements
* Communicate effectively with livestock producers in the beef, dairy, and sheep sectors.
* Demonstrate excellent communication, organizational skills, self-motivation, and teamwork ability.
* Knowledge of industry-specific administration and regulations is advantageous.
* Assist in data cleansing for new system implementation.
* Perform general administrative duties as required.
* Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
* Hold GCSE English and Maths at grade D or above, or equivalent.
* Ability to work independently and responsibly.
* Be organized with excellent attention to detail.
* At least one year of experience in a busy office environment is desirable.
* Proficiency in MS Office and IT skills are essential.
This role operates on a Monday to Friday basis. All candidates must be flexible to work additional hours as needed. No sponsorship is available for overseas applicants.
