Marketing Executive - £45,000 - Cardiff - 5 days a week onsite
Are you a capable, forward-thinking marketer looking for your next career step? We’re supporting a well-established and growing group of companies in their search for a Marketing Executive to join their expanding team.
This is a hands-on role offering variety, responsibility, and real scope for progression. Working closely with an experienced Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role across digital, print, and in-person activity—helping to shape campaigns, drive engagement, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
You will have a big influence - be tenacious and eager to go to conferences with the business and collaborate within the industries network. You will work directly alongside the head of marketing.
The Role
* Manage and update brand websites, ensuring content is fresh, relevant, and engaging
* Analyse and refine marketing campaigns using data-driven insights (web analytics, SEO, paid media, etc.)
* Design and develop a wide range of marketing collateral (brochures, case studies, digital assets)
* Support campaign planning and delivery across multiple channels including Google Ads and LinkedIn
* Collaborate with sales teams to support CRM and lead management
* Liaise with stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure consistency of brand and message
* Contribute to content creation and strategy, with the freedom to bring new ideas
About You
* At least 2 years’ experience in a broad marketing role (or strong specialised skills with ambition to broaden)
* Confident with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Adobe Creative Cloud
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Proactive, creative, and analytical mindset
* Able to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
* (Desirable) Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics, WordPress, or photography skills
