Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Dover
Salary: Up to £75,000 per year
Hill Mcglynn Recruitment is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for a residential developer with numerous sites in Kent. The developer has a strong reputation for delivering large developments of traditional build homes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage projects from inception to completion.
* Work both in the office and on-site.
* Ensure accurate cost management and budgeting.
* Liaise with contractors and stakeholders.
* Oversee procurement and contract management.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in residential development.
* Experience working on the main contracting side is preferred.
* Strong project management skills.
* Valid driving licence.
* Relevant qualifications and certifications.
Compensation:
* Up to £75,000 per year.
* Car allowance.
* Private healthcare.
