We are recruiting a number of BTR Resident Services Associate roles to work within a brand new Build to Rent development opening in Manchester. These are exciting opportunities to work within a luxury residential development being part of the opening team and launch of a new development. You will be supporting with all aspects Resident Services and Resident Engagement on site. As a Resident Services Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, creating a welcoming environment and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to outstanding service. You’ll play a vital role in the smooth day-to-day running of the building—supporting residents, coordinating operations, managing enquiries, and helping to foster a vibrant and connected community. Salary: £28,000 per annum Bonus Shift Pattern: Working 4 days on, 4 Days Off Location: Manchester Duties and responsibilities Provide a warm and courteous welcome to all residents and visitors. Conduct viewings of the residential apartments Provide administrative support within Lettings and Tenancy progression Handle all front of house incoming calls/enquiries and ensue a warm, welcoming environment for residents and visitors using the agreed salutation Actively engage with residents, visitors, colleagues, and contractors to provide a seamless experience for residents. Co-ordinate day-to-day operations ensuring quality and service delivery always meet and exceed resident’s expectations. Anticipate residents’ needs by engaging and asking questions to understand those needs to be able to adapt services to those needs when required. Assisting tenants moving into their apartment and completing apartment and appliance inductions as needed. Supporting residents with any queries and ensuring any maintenance reports are actioned quickly and efficiently. Experience and Skills Experience working within Build to Rent, Property Management, Serviced Apartments, Serviced Offices, Residential, Student Accommodation or Hospitality Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Excellent customer relations skills, a sense of humour and plenty of energy and enthusiasm. Must be pro-active and able to use initiative to enhance the reputation of the building. Professional presentation, confident and outgoing nature.
