About the SEN Teacher Role
* Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to students with SEMH and additional needs
* Work closely with pastoral and therapeutic teams
* Support students\' emotional well-being and academic progress

Responsibilities and Qualifications
* Requirements - SEN Teacher:
* QTS or equivalent UK teaching qualification (essential)
* Experience working in an SEMH or SEND setting is highly desirable
* Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills
* A calm, compassionate and resilient approach to teaching
* Commitment to long-term, impactful teaching in a specialist setting
