Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Research scientist with a background in Polymer Science, holding a PhD and specializing in polymers used in injection moulding artificial plants. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing new formulas, particularly in LDPE, HDPE, and similar materials. This position requires a deep understanding of pigments, flame retardants, and other synergists commonly used in polymer formulations.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the research and development efforts in developing innovative polymer formulas tailored for injection molding artificial plants.
* Conduct research and experiments to optimize material properties such as durability, color, and flame resistance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product specifications are met.
* Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in polymer science.
Requirements:
* PhD in Polymer Science, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
* Proven experience in polymer formulation, preferably in LDPE, HDPE, or similar materials.
* Familiarity with pigments, flame retardants, and other additives used in polymer processing.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
Additional Requirements:

* Access to a laboratory in their home country for research and experimentation is necessary.
* A retainer will be provided until the candidate obtains necessary visa approval and relocates to the UK.
